It is our pleasure to show you our second stage Food Forest, the wide variety of medicinal and edible plants, point out all eco-features of the house, have a farm-to-cup beverage on the roof deck, point out local wildlife in our bordering biological corridor, and talk about all things green.

  • Passion

The Green Wave House was built out of a great love and passion for our Mother Earth. Thus we have named our mini-permacultural farm "Rancho Passion".

We seek to inspire the continuation of the paradigm shift that calls for regenerative practices to live harmoniously on this planet.

The Green Wave House is a model home for green building and permaculture design located in the Southern Nicoya Peninsula triangulated between Montezuma, Cobano, and Santa Teresa in the quaint town of Delicias. It was built as part of the future eco-village community of Rancho Delicioso. The Green Wave House will serve these areas as an educational center open once a month or by appointment to the public. We are expected to open to the public in late 2017 although private tours can be currently arranged.

The Green Wave House, or locally known as Casa de Ola Verde, will throw 2-3 public community events a year and host on-going workshops related to eco-friendly living, holistic wellness practices (including yoga and other movement classes). The Green Wave House currently holds a workshop for our village "permaculture yoga program" students called "Trash into Treasure".
